AL MAZAYA holding company held its annual GHABKA Ramadan in the Marina Hotel at the presence of the board of directors and CEO Eng. Ibrahim Al Saqabi, and all employees of the company.
The ceremony welcomed the holy month of Ramadan in the presence of everyone to emphasize the support of human bonds, and spread of spirit of friendship while developing the relationships that enhance the company’s position. The GHABKA ceremony has a variety of activities including families of the employees getting to know each other, and a series of competitions and recreational activities.
On this occasion, AL Mazaya Management had a few introductory words, welcoming those who came, calling on ALLAH to accept everyone’s fasting and prayers, and their good deeds, and hoping that ALLAH may direct everyone to the right path and fulfill their goals on both sides, work and family, in this life and afterlife.
The Management emphasized too that the members of the board are the leadership that sets in place the successful plans of the company, but the employees are the soul of the company, and they are the basic of every accomplishment of the company.
“We gather today in the holy month of Ramadan to announce our pride, commitment and appreciation to the great efforts from everyone and to their prominent role in raising this company’s name high and in putting it among the top companies in the world of real estate. Although the real value of the employees of the company cannot be measured, today’s session serves to symbolize the loyalty that the company wants for all its employees, and as an expression of their distinct role in crowning its ongoing success”.
They added: “We work as one team, from the top of the pyramid of the company to the bottom, and we are pleased to take part in all these different conversations and dialogue; we believe that holding such events is important because it has a role in strengthening ties and cohesion, and deepens human interactions among employees through building bridges of acquaintance and communications in the future, confirming that our company will spare no effort to do anything that will support its staff, their professional capabilities, and improving aspects of life and humanity.”
The management concluded by thanking members of the board, and welcoming the new staff in the company who joined recently, wishing everyone success and luck.
For their part, the employees appreciated the positive role of the company in dealing with their different needs, and its continued enthusiasm to meet them and communicate with them, stressing that the having this annual Ramadan ceremony would strengthen relationship among employees, support communication bonds with each other in the holy month of Ramadan, and recognizing that the commitment to the completion of their work does not mean neglecting the spirit of brotherhood and humanity, which is what they considered an important incentive to work to serve the company and to achieve its various goals.
