Al Mazaya Holding will dedicate its participation at the 2nd Cityscape Kuwait Exhibition to showcase a various set of prominent and pioneer projects in the region, including the “Queue Point” project in Dubai Land, which offers 52 high-quality building priced to meet demand from middle income sector and the “Queue Line” project, being an extension to “Queue Point” project and consists of four residential buildings, ranging in height from nine to fourteen levels, over a total area of approximately 150,000 square feet.
During “Cityscape Kuwait”, Al Mazaya will also present its Ritim Istanbul development, as a joint venture with Dumankaya Real Estate. It consists of 6 towers; three of which will serve the residential sector and the other three towers will be used as offices. In addition, the project includes a commercial mall over an area exceeding 22,000 square meters. Moreover, Al Mazaya will showcase “Al Mazaya Residence” in the Sultanate of Oman with its strategic location near the new commercial centers and behind Muscat City Center. It includes 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residential and commercial units in a various range of areas; which are readily available for sale or rent.
