Al Mazaya Discusses investment opportunities with investment fund managers in New York

Dubai, November 9th 2009

Al Mazaya Holding participated in the Borse Dubai International Investor Conference New York 2009, along with 15 companies listed in Dubai Financial Market. The conferece provides a unique platform for indexed companies to meet up with investment fund managers and the leading investors in New York to exhchange information and discuss the latest updates on future plans.

The Al Mazaya delegation was led by Eng. Khalid Esbaitah, Managing Director and CEO of Al Mazaya, and included Omar Hajjaj, Executive Vice President: Finance & Administration and Khaldoun Abdul Kader, Executive Vice President: Dubai Office Operations.

The conference provided Al Mazaya with the opportunity to get the latest updates on the inernational market and investors through direct meetings and with participating company officials and investment funds managers. Al Mazaya introduced the numerous investment opportunities it offers to attract investment from foreign institutions, and noted that markets in the region are still filled with attractive opportunities for foreign investment.

The Borse Dubai International Investor Conference New York 2009 is a collaboration initiative between Dubai Financial Market and NASDAQ Dubai with Citigroup Global Markets (Citi) and Goldman Sachs to enable listed companies to meet with the biggest investors in New York and London. Dubai Financial Market and NASDAQ Dubai plan to establish similar conferences in a number of cities around the world in the future.
