Largest warehousing facility in Gulf region launched at 7 Zones

Al Mazaya Holding has announced the launch of the 7 Zones warehouses, which extend over an area of over 12,000 square meters, and is considered the largest warehousing facility in the Gulf region.

The management of the 7 Zones project has already begun receiving lease requests for the warehouses, which range in size from 70 to 743 square meters, and offer high standards and flexible solutions that cater for the needs of leaseholders.

Speaking on the subject, Jasim Al Ghanim, AVP Marketing, said “7 Zones warehouses provide new and creative solutions, and a complete package of services, including cleaning, transportation, maintenance of personal possessions, round-the-clock security monitoring through state-of-the-art surveillance cameras, and spaces specified for loading and unloading operations”.

“The 7 Zones warehousing facility also offers storage services across 60 easily accessible warehouses of varying size. Clients are provided with monthly storage services at reasonable prices and with discounts for longer storage periods or larger storage space”, added Al Ghanim, “In addition, stored goods and possessions are constantly checked and monitored, and periodic detailed reports are compiled for clients.”

7 Zones is attracting much attention from investors due to its strategic location in the Shuwaikh Industrial District and the quality services the project aims to provide, as products presented at the facility are carefully selected to match its good reputation and to satisfy both clients and leaseholders.

The 22,500 square meter 7 Zones project is located in the Al Shuwaikh Industrial District, one of the most popular areas in Kuwait due to its close proximity to the country’s capital, as well as to Al Shuwaikh Port and the Free Trade Zone. Al Mazaya has completed construction work on 7 Zones, and is planning to launch the project in August, with the grand opening scheduled for October.

With 7 Zones, Al Mazaya has filled a gap in the sector, offering full services and amenities, from parking to contractors, offices, galleries and stores, not to mention the largest possible collection of construction materials. A special department for décor and interior design has also been established, as well as offices for contractors and consultants to service target markets.
