Access. Work. Achieve.

Al Mazaya’s initiative aimed at supporting the creative ideas of Kuwaiti Youth, “The Kuwaiti Creative Zone”, has received an overwhelmingly positive response from official establishments and the public.
Al Mazaya has received more than 1,000 submissions via e-mail, as well as hundreds of direct submissions, to join the “Kuwaiti Creative Zone” in 7 Zones. This reflects the importance of such initiatives in creating a platform for creative youth to start their projects and establish a successful career.
All applications will be thoroughly studied and evaluated by Al Mazaya in order to select the most creative initiatives, which will then move to the Kuwaiti Creative Zone when 7 Zones is launched next August.
Jasim Al Ghanim, AVP Marketing, said of Al Mazaya’s initiative “We made sure to provide lease spaces with reasonable and encouraging prices in the Kuwaiti Creative Zone. Evaluation of the creative project will commence a year after their launch, and Al Mazaya will offer to be involved with the projects as a partner in order to further reduce rental costs. This will serve to encourage the youth to continue their creative work”.
“The Kuwaiti market needs these kinds of initiatives that support the hidden skills of the Kuwaiti youth and point them in the right direction. To this end, the Kuwaiti Creative Zone was fittingly equipped with state-of-the-art studio and a hall that contains everything a creative youth needs to turn his vision into reality”, added Al Ghanim.
The Kuwaiti Creative Zone initiative is intended for those who have a gift in painting, sculpturing, décor, architectural design, interior design, website designing, cartoon animation, photography, landscape design, etc.
The 22,500 square meter 7 Zones project is located in Al Shuwaikh Industrial District, one of the most popular areas in Kuwait due to its close proximity to the Capital of Kuwait, Al Shuwaikh Port and the Free Trade District.
With the 7 Zones project, Al Mazaya has filled a gap in the sector by providing full services and amenities, and gathering the biggest possible amount of construction materials, contractors, offices, galleries and stores, and establishing offices for contractors and consultants to service target markets. The Seven Zones project is named after the seven major construction related industries it is intended to cater to– furniture, water works, joinery, tiles and flooring, electronics, walls and painting, and lighting.
