Al Mazaya wins “Super brand – Kuwait”
and launches new corporate mission for 2013
Malhas: winning came as a result of hard work, preceded by registration of Al Mazaya trade mark in Arab and Gulf countries

Al Mazaya Holding Co. for the second time has won the “Super brand – Kuwait” award, that enhance outstanding niche which reached it by its own brand name. The winning of this underlines the company’s success in reaching recognition on the local and international levels, but also recognizes its superiority over many other brands. This winning also reflects the level of credibility enjoyed by the brand and its market reputation among various circles of customers, partners, shareholders and suppliers.
On the occasion, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Property Management Salwa Malhas said: “This success is recognition of the value of the brand name and we are proud of this new achievement, and that gives us a new incentive to do more in order to accomplish new achievements in the future, for the company and its stakeholders”.
She also added that Al Mazaya, since its inception in 2003, has sought to ensure a prestigious market niche so it can expand its work and projects locally, regionally and globally. Within this field, Al Mazaya has registered its trade mark and ensured its intellectual property rights in Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia Lebanon, Morocco and Bahrain, while working intensively to ensure the registration of the brand in the rest of the Arab world and beyond.
She added that it is widely known that this is not the first award won by Al Mazaya, which has won this very award before, in addition to winning the Oscar for Best Developer issued by Arabian Business, 2007 Best Real Estate Company by Finance Company, an award for valuable companies in the Gulf in Construction Week, and ranked 34 by Arabian Business Magazine for the 50 glamorous and successful companies, in addition to receiving a certificate of quality and outstanding service ISO 9001:2000.
Malhas adds as well that Al Mazaya’s trademark derives its strength from the reality of the company’s performance and years of hard work and diligence. All projects launched by Al Mazaya are the real impetus behind this success, she argues, which have led to market confidence and respect in the Kuwaiti and Middle East real estate market, recognizing quality and professionalism throughout.
Al Mazaya Holding Co. has had a dedicated marketing budget since inception, enabling it to strengthen the image of the company and its brand, and have been using modern marketing tools, alongside practical action plans and innovative methods to promote the brand in local and regional markets and continue to follow bespoke marketing strategies, allowing the company access to the largest possible audience base.
Meanwhile Al Mazaya Holding Co. has announced the slogan of its new corporate mission for 2013, “achieving system success”, as four years on from the global economic crisis, Al Mazaya Holding has come to demonstrate that this crisis instilled in the company insistence, strength and determination.
Al Mazaya says that it sought to move towards generating projects with a few risks during the past four years, by following a new strategy based on the principle of protecting the ultimate beneficiary of the projects whether by lease or sale, drawing on in-depth research, and interviews with investors in various sectors such as retail, restaurants and cafes, health and educational. As a valuable result of the studies, interviews and research, this has and will continue to “achieve system success”. According to Malhas, the intensive studies carried out by the company during the past few years revealed a real need in the local market for new products that are not usually focused on during boom years, during which real estate companies sell land and property to achieve quick profits, without paying attention to the products that have quietly stimulated key demand in the local market at that moment.
Malhas concludes by saying that the management and staff of Al Mazaya feel proud and honored about this award victory, although not surprised because of the prudent strategic policy followed by the management of the company, which is based on fixed principles and is the foundation that enabled it to win the confidence of customers and investors inside and outside Kuwait.
